Community subscriptions are designed for residencies with body corporates. Instead of Individual contracts, communities can subscribe to ENET as a larger group to gain discounted rates. The price listed is for each of the occupied residences belonging to the body corporate. Service accounts and guest access are included free with any community subscription.
